Integrated Purchasing Solution
Request for Proposal (RFP) Instructions

The Center for Information Services (CIS) in Bellevue, Washington, provides information technology services to the thirty-four (34) Washington Community and Technical Colleges (WCTC) and the State Board for Community and Technology Colleges (SBCTC). We are deploying this RFP to assess options to secure a Purchasing Solution.

If you intend to bid, please notify Jean Buckner by 5:00 pm 11/09/07 via an e-mail to jbuckner@cis.ctc.edu.

READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING. This RFP Process is divided into 2 parts:

• PART 1 – The completion of an online survey which is due no later than 5:00 p.m. on 11/30/07. 
  
  
• PART 2 – The completion of 3 forms, which must be completed and sent via e-mail to jbuckner@cis.ctc.edu at CIS no later than 5:00 p.m. on 11/30/07.

PART 1 – The Online Survey

• Before completing the online Zoomerang survey, please print the Word version of the RFP at: http://www.cis.ctc.edu/pub/CPVendorInformation/IPSSurvey.doc (which includes further instructions) and fill it out by hand. This will make it easier for you to enter your answers in the online survey.
  
  
• Complete and submit the online Zoomerang survey at: http://www.zoomerang.com/recipient/survey-intro.zgi?p=WEB227484VRR5D no later than 5:00 p.m. on 11/30/07.

PART 2 – The 3 Forms

Please complete and save the following onto your computer: 1. The Solution Pricing Form; 2. The Certification and Assurances Form; and 3. The Vendor Response Appendix, along with any additional required documentation (for example, references, screenshots, etc.). After completing the forms, place them in Zip files and/or folder. Name the Zip files and folder with your company’s name and the initials of the form. For example: ABCCompanySPF.zip (SPF are the initials for Solution Pricing Forms.) Submit your Zip file or folder to Jean Buckner via e-mail at jbuckner@cis.ctc.edu at CIS no later than 5:00 p.m. on 11/30/07.

   (Fill out after completing the survey – the appendix begins on page 46 of the Word version of the RFP.)
