Defining the Electronic Personnel and Application Process-Purpose/Goal/Objectives and Succinct Definition

Provide an electronic application process that is efficient and effective in meeting the recruitment and selection requirements in a highly competitive market.

Support multiple applications for various job types;
Streamline the recruitment process and lower costs;
Increase the efficiency of application and applicant status tracking;
Provides applicant ease for applying for jobs;
Meet the needs for reporting requirements;
Increases overall efficiency and effectiveness for recruitment and selection processes;
Ability to capture unique applicant information;
Eliminates paper!! (and physical space for filing);
Ability to establish consistency and reliability of data;
Ability to track recruitment status by supervisors;

Ability for the applicants to efficiently update materials on line;

The Electronic Application process has the ability to reduce risks/liability, establish a consistent and reliable method for recruitment and reporting processes.
