Work has not Begun (gray): Means the work for this step has not begun.

Begun (Work has Begun): Means the team lead and project manager have a ROUGH Draft of the step posted to the site.

Draft Ready for Team Review (one check): Means the team lead and project manager have preliminarily approved the DRAFT language and it is ready for the core teams' input and approval.

Draft Ready for Council/Commission Review (2 checks): Means the core team has provided input for the DRAFT and has approved the DRAFT. Two checks are also a trigger letting the councils or commissions know that the DRAFT is ready for their review. Council and commission members will also receive emails letting them know that the DRAFT is ready for their review.

Draft Ready for ITPG Team Review (3 checks): Means the appropriate council or commission has provided input for the DRAFT and has approved the DRAFT. Three checks are also a trigger, letting ITPG members know that the DRAFT is ready for their review. ITPG members will also receive emails letting them know that the DRAFT is ready for their review.

DONE: Means the step is complete. If the step is one that requires multiple levels of review, DONE means that all of the required approvals have been secured.

Late: Means the work is two days late.
