The Financial Aid System (FAS) administers and manages financial aid functions for the community and technical colleges in Washington State. The Financial Aid System includes needs analysis, application tracking, award management, student loans, student work monitoring, external reporting, and disbursements.

FAS Contact Lists - Financial Aid contacts in the community and technical college system

FAST Web Page - Names and e-mail addresses of members of the Financial Aid System Technology Group, as well as information about Financial Aid Software Integration Project teams and progress updates.

Financial Aid Mailman Mailing List - To exchange information with other FAS users and to receive communications from CIS, join the DIRFINAID Mailman mailing list. For complete information on subscribing to this list, see the Mailman documentation.

    • CIS Implementation Schedule - Use the Web Calendar to obtain dates for CIS application software implementations:
      Select an application tab (FAS); select a month (or ALL); in the Search field type implementation; then click the Go button. All dates related to CIS General and Table 3 implementations will be displayed.
