What's New?

The Presidents’ Assistants for Community and Technical Colleges (PACTC) is a state-wide group, consisting of the presidents' assistants at all two-year community and technical colleges in the state of Washington, as well as the executive assistants at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC), and the Center for Information Services (CIS). The president of PACTC is Patty Michajla, Executive Assistant at Edmonds Community College.

PACTC was formed about 30 years ago and has grown into a dynamic professional group where each member has benefited from the knowledge, resources, support and friendships offered. PACTC holds formal meetings twice a year, usually in May and October.

It is no secret that the executive assistant position at the senior management level can be very lonely. This group enables members to come together and learn from each other, as well as be able to find commonalities that only individuals in positions such as these can appreciate and understand.
