Treasurer’s Report
Responsibility for the LMDC treasury is being transferred to Spokane Community College. Wai Fong Lee reminded members that they would need to provide receipts for any food service, etc. that was paid personally. LMDC members acknowledged Wai Fong’s many years of service as treasurer to the Council.

Conspectus
Joan Weber described a bid from OCLC to extract the Conspectus data so that it would be useable on the OCLC database. It was the consensus of the group not to encumber these costs. Stan Horton explained the data reports and Joan asked each library to review the CD for the purpose of further discussion and data use. This information may be used in preparing a presentation for the Presidents’ Academy and for other joint projects.
