Simplified Sign-On Request for Information (RFI)

The Center for Information Services (CIS) in Bellevue, Washington, provides information technology services to the thirty-four (34) Washington Community and Technical Colleges (WCTC) and the State Board for Community and Technology Colleges (SBCTC).  We are deploying this RFI to determine if there are viable vendored and/or open source solutions available to meet our needs in the area of simplifying student and staff sign-on to our online applications.

This RFI Process is divided into 2 parts:

  • PART 1 – The completion of an online survey which is due no later than 5:00 p.m.
    November 5, 2007.

  • PART 2 – The completion of 2 forms, which must be completed and sent via e-mail to jbuckner@cis.ctc.edu at CIS no later than 5:00 p.m. November 5, 2007.

PART 1 – The Online Survey

  • Before completing the online Zoomerang questionnaire, please print the PDF Version (which includes further instructions) and fill it out by hand. This will make it easier for you to enter your answers in the online questionnaire.

PART 2 – The 2 Forms

Please complete and save the following: Solution Pricing Form, Vendor Response Appendix, and any additional required documentation (for example, references, screen shots, etc.), in a Zip file. Name the Zip file with your company’s name. For example, ABC.zip. Submit your Zip file to Jean Buckner via email at jbuckner@cis.ctc.edu
